Grasmere Lakeland Sports and Show – This annual sports meeting held in Grasmere is the largest of the traditional Lakeland sport meetings.

There are a number of sporting activities to participate in, including Cumberland and Westmorland wrestling, hound trails where trained hounds race over the fells, mountain-bike races and fell races including the English Hill Championship Race.

Also on offer are arena entertainment and events, trade, crafts and antiques stands, refreshments and stalls.
