Coniston Launch run lake cruises on Coniston Water, Coniston Water is the third largest Lake in the Lake District. The boats at Coniston Launch are made from traditional timber by craftsmen over eighty years ago.
Coniston Launch covers both ends of Coniston Water, the North Lake service offers a 50 minute cruise stopping at four jetties, you could take the longer 90 minute cruise to the very end of the lake, then the Southern service runs for 110 minutes stopping at 6 jetties.
Your trip can include a stop at Brantwood, which was the home of John Ruskin from the late 1800's-1900, you are able to view his watercolours, drawings and some of his own personal items too.
