The Guildhall Museum situated on Fisher Street, Carlisle.
This fifteenth-century building has been carefully restored and is a fine example of medieval construction, a timber frame with wattle and daub inside walls.
The museum was the headquarters for the eight different craft guilds of the city, each room depicts the work of guilds such as cordwainers, skinners and shoemakers, etc.
