Penrith Museum located in Robinson’s School, Middlegate, Penrith.

It was used for educational purposes until 1970 and now houses the new tourist information centre and a well presented exhibition covering the history of Penrith and the Eden Valley.

There are materials and artifacts such as Long Meg and Mayburgh with Roman and Norse Connections.
