The Ruskin Museum located in Yewdale Road, Coniston.
Cannon Rawnsley opened this museum in 1901 to commemorate the life of John Ruskin, one of his friends.
There are some good examples of his sketchbooks, personal letters and drawings on display as well as collections of mineral and fossils that he made. Ruskin lace and Bluebird are among the other exhibits on display.
