Allithwaite – Allithwaite is a small village of unspoilt beauty and is located to the west of Grange-over-Sands and to the north of Kent’s Bank.

Inside the village are the remains of the old Wraysholme Tower, which is one of the top attractions of Allithwaite.

The village is close to Humphry Head, which is the tallest limestone cliff in Cumbria; on the cliff there is an 18th century holy well.
