Flookburgh ( Towns & Villages )

Flookburgh – The village is located on the shoreline of Morecambe Bay and is named after the flat fish caught by the locals.

Flookburgh is located on the southern most edge of the Lake District.

The village received a royal charter in 1278 from Edward I and since then has held an annual charter festival in June.
